Tim Kelly has over 20 years experience in financial solutions. Tim most recently served as vice president of business development for Harland Financial Solutions’, UltraData-Enterprise system. During his 10 year tenure with the company, he spearheaded key sales initiatives and contributed significantly to profitability and growth. Harland Financial's marquee technology solution, the UltraData-Enterprise system, is one of the leading credit union core systems in the industry. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas State University (1983). Tim is a student of his customers, profession, and industry.

Bruce has an extensive career in product development. Prior to Teres Bruce was the Director of Managed Services for Trilogy. While at Trilogy Bruce was responsible for managing large enterprise software projects. Bruce ensured successful projects by continuous focus on customer success based on delivering customer based business value. Bruce managed the merger and acquisition of pcOrder.com and then later ran the operations group of pcOrder. Prior to joining Trilogy Bruce ran a successful consulting practice, Integrated Legacy Systems, based in Austin, Texas. ILS focused on connecting company’s legacy code and applications to current technology solutions. Some of ILS clients included Landmark Graphics, Agrilogic, Inc. and Virtual Shopping, Inc. Before starting ILS Bruce was the Vice President of Development and Operations for Travelogix.

As founder and CEO of DSC Enterprises in Portland, Oregon in the early 1990s, Mr. Chaney brings invaluable corporate management experience to Teres. Under Mr. Chaney's leadership, DSC Enterprises (a corporate items business) developed a client base that included Intel, Pfizer, Hewlett Packard, and Epson and expanded from its Portland corporate headquarters to several other locations in the state of Oregon. After selling the business in 1998, Mr. Chaney moved to Austin where he became a Senior Project Manager and Senior Consulting Manager at Trilogy Software. Mr. Chaney continued to develop his knowledge of corporate infrastructure through the successful deployment of multiple large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning projects for Fortune 500 companies such as Goodyear, Reynolds & Reynolds, and VWR.

Steve Maloney has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field, with 18 of those years spent addressing issues specific to the financial services industry. For the past 12 years, Mr. Maloney has served as head of the Information Technology group at Velocity Credit Union (formerly Austin Metropolitan Financial Credit Union). During his tenure at the Credit Union, Mr. Maloney's philosophy of building strategic partnerships with other companies and credit unions in order to maximize potential growth opportunities assisted with the growth of the Credit Union from a $72 million to over $300 million institution. The programs he implemented included internet banking and bill payment, voice response, ATM systems, debit cards, E-statements, and e-mail account alerts. In addition, by working closely with MasterCard and Pulse, Mr. Maloney established the first Debit Card Rewards program in the nation.

Jack Jordan has over 26 years experience working in the financial services industry. He most recently served as chief operating officer for Velocity Credit Union, where he held a variety of roles over the past two decades, including loan officer, marketing director, vice president of Administration, vice president of Lending, and senior vice president. Mr. Jordan also served as president of AMFCU Services, Inc., a wholly owned CUSO of Velocity Credit Union, and as a member of the Board of Managers of CU Business Solutions, LLC, a seven member CUSO providing member business lending services. He also spent two years with Billing Concepts Corp. of San Antonio, where he was chief operating officer of FiData, Inc., then a Billing Concepts subsidiary.
